View on source(a)Except as agreed by the parties or as provided by Subsection (b), in an arbitration with more than one arbitrator, a decision of the arbitration tribunal must be made by a majority of its members.
(b)If authorized by the parties or all the members of the arbitration tribunal, a presiding arbitrator may decide a procedural question.
