View on source(a)A party who proceeds with the arbitration knowing that a provision of this chapter or the arbitration agreement has not been complied with waives the right to object to the noncompliance unless the party states the objection:
(1)without undue delay; or
(2)if a period is provided for stating that objection, within that period.
(b)Subsection (a) applies only to a provision of this chapter as to which the parties may agree to act in a different manner.
