View on source(a)A foreign limited liability partnership registers by filing an application for registration under this section as provided by Chapter 4.
(b)The application for registration must state:
(1)the partnership's name;
(2)the federal taxpayer identification number of the partnership;
(3)the partnership's jurisdiction of formation;
(4)the date of initial registration as a limited liability partnership under the laws of the jurisdiction of formation;
