(a)A filing entity or a foreign filing entity may not have a name that contains any word or phrase that indicates or implies that the entity is engaged in a business that the entity is not authorized by law to pursue.
(b)A registered series may not have a name that contains any word or phrase that indicates or implies that the registered series is engaged in a business that the registered series is not authorized by law to pursue. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006. Amended by:
