§ 301.009 — TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP INTEREST

Statute text

Except as limited by the governing documents of the professional entity or an applicable agreement, an ownership interest in a professional entity may be transferred only to:

(1)an owner of the entity;

(2)the entity itself; or

(3)an authorized person.
