(a)The certificate of formation of a corporation must state:
(1)the name of the corporation;
(2)the purpose or purposes for which the corporation is organized as required by Section 23.053; and
(3)any other information required by:
(A)Chapter 4; and
(B)Chapter 21 or 22, as applicable.
