If a certificate of merger, exchange, or conversion has been filed, the merger, interest exchange, or conversion may be abandoned before its effectiveness in accordance with Sections 4.057 and 10.201. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006. Amended by:
