(a)The secretary of state may accept for filing a photographic, photostatic, or similar reproduction of a signed original document required or authorized to be filed in the secretary's office under this chapter.
(b)A signature on a document required or authorized to be filed in the secretary of state's office under this chapter may be a facsimile.
