A person conducting a sweepstakes may not, during the 30-day period immediately following the last date on which the person conducted the sweepstakes through the mail, offer through the mail:
(1)an opportunity to enter a sweepstakes; or
(2)a nonsweepstakes prize, gift, premium, giveaway, or skill contest.
