This subchapter may not be construed to affect any security interest the supplier may have in the inventory of the dealer, and any repurchase of the dealer's inventory under this subchapter may not be subject to the claims of any secured or unsecured creditor of the supplier or any assignee of the supplier until the dealer has received full payment or credit, as applicable, under this subchapter.
