(a)On request and payment of the fee prescribed by Subsection (b), the secretary of state shall provide a person with a copy of any filed utility security instrument.
(b)The fee for a copy under this section is in the amount provided by Section 405.031, Government Code. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 885 (H.B. 2278), Sec. 2.01, eff. April 1, 2009. Amended by:
