§ 261.009 — CERTIFICATE OF FILING; FEE

(a)On request of any person, the secretary of state shall issue a certificate that:
(1)indicates whether on the date and hour stated in the request, there is on file any presently effective utility security instrument naming a particular utility; and
(2)if there is, states:
(A)the date and hour the utility security instrument was filed; and
(B)the names and addresses of each secured party.
(b)The amount of the fee for a certificate under this section is the same as the amount of the fee provided by Section 9.525(d). Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 885 (H.B. 2278), Sec. 2.01, eff. April 1, 2009. Amended by:
