View on sourceAn assignee is entitled to reasonable compensation for his services and reimbursement for his necessary expenses, including an attorney's fee, all of which shall be fixed by the county or district court who approved his bond. The compensation, expenses, and attorney's fee fixed by the county or district court shall be paid out of the assigned estate.
