§ 16.058 — CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION

(a)If the application complies with the requirements of this chapter, the secretary of state shall cause a certificate of registration to be issued and delivered to the applicant.
(b)The certificate of registration must:
(1)be signed by the secretary of state;
(2)be issued under the secretary of state's official seal;
(3)indicate the name and business address of the person claiming ownership of the mark;
(4)if the applicant is a corporation, indicate the state under whose laws the applicant was incorporated or organized;
