In this chapter:
(1)"Distributed renewable generation" has the meaning assigned by Section 39.916, Utilities Code.
(2)"Small commercial customer" has the meaning assigned by Section 39.202(o), Utilities Code. Added by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 561 (S.B. 398), Sec. 1, eff. September 1, 2021. Redesignated by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 768 (H.B. 4595), Sec. 24.001(1), eff. September 1, 2023.
