(a)In addition to the activities authorized by Section 74.01, the holder of a brewpub license may sell malt beverages produced under the license to the holder of a general or branch distributor's license.
(b)The holder of a brewpub license who sells malt beverages under Subsection (a) shall comply with the requirements of Section 102.51. Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 750 (S.B. 515), Sec. 5, eff. June 14, 2013. Amended by:
