(a)An applicant for a wholesaler's, class B wholesaler's, distiller's and rectifier's, or winery permit may consolidate in a single application the application for that permit and an application for any other permit the applicant is qualified to receive.
(b)An applicant who files a consolidated application must pay the fee required by commission rule for each permit included in the application. Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 406, ch. 194, Sec. 1, eff.
