(a)Fancy peaches:

(1)are medium to large in size;

(2)have good color for the variety; and

(3)are firm and sound, or are properly mature for shipment to a distant market.

(b)Fancy peaches shall be carefully picked and closely packed in bushel baskets or in four-basket or six-basket crates.
