§ 60.129 — NOTICE OF HEARING

(a)In addition to other notice required by law, the board shall provide notice of an assessment hearing in a newspaper with general circulation in the district. The publication must be made not later than the 14th day before the date of the hearing.

(b)The notice must include the:

(1)time and place of the hearing;

(2)purpose of the proposed assessment;

(3)estimated cost of the purpose for which the assessment is proposed, including interest during construction and associated financing costs; and

(4)proposed assessment method.
