§ 59.014 — APPROVAL BY ATTORNEY GENERAL

Before the bonds are delivered to the purchasers, the attorney general shall examine the record relating to the bonds. If the record demonstrates that the bonds have been issued in accordance with the Texas Constitution and this chapter, the attorney general shall approve the bonds.
