§ 301.203 — DEFENSE EXCLUDED

Unless otherwise provided by this chapter, the fact that a person holds a permit issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation does not relieve that person from liability for the violation of this chapter or a rule adopted or order or permit issued under this chapter.
