§ 301.113 — PROOF OF PUBLICATION; AFFIDAVIT

Statute text

The applicant shall file proof of the publication, together with the publishers' affidavits, with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation during the 15-day period immediately after the date of the last publication.
