§ 203.157 — CONSIDERATIONS IN PASSING ON APPLICATION

In passing on an application for cost sharing, the board shall consider:

(1)the location of the land that is subject to the cost-sharing contract;

(2)the method of control the applicant will use;

(3)the plans for revegetation;

(4)the total cost of the contract;

(5)the amount of land to be included in the contract;
