View on source(a)Except as provided for the initial board, the board of directors of a conservation district is composed of five persons, with one director elected from each of the five numbered subdivisions created by the state board under Section 201.046 of this code.
(b)The initial board of directors is composed of the two directors appointed by the state board and three elected directors.
