View on source(a)The commission may conduct tick eradication in the free area and may establish quarantines and require the treatment of animals in the free area as provided by this chapter. The commission shall designate in writing the land or premises in the free area in which tick eradication is to be conducted.
(b)An owner or caretaker of animals in the free area and the commissioners court of a county all or part of which is located in the free area shall cooperate with the commission in the manner provided by this chapter for tick eradication in the tick eradication area.
