View on sourceImmediately after pronouncing that an animal has died from anthrax, as evidenced by a clinical or postmortem examination, a veterinarian shall prepare and submit to the commission or a laboratory approved by the commission:
(1)a suitable specimen from the animal;
(2)the name and address of the owner or caretaker of the animal; and
(3)the location of the premises on which the animal died.
