§ 148.061 — FAILURE TO REGISTER

(a)A person required by Section 148.002 of this code to register as a slaughterer commits an offense if the person fails to register.

(b)An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than $5 nor more than $25.
