View on sourceIf a licensee or a person required to be licensed handles perishable commodities by guaranteeing a producer or owner a minimum price and handles the perishable commodities on the account of the producer or owner, the licensee or person required to be licensed shall include in the contract with the producer or owner the maximum amount that the licensee or person required to be licensed will charge for commission, service, or both, in connection with the perishable commodities handled.
