§ 56.0101 — Definitions

As used in this chapter, the term:(1) “Claimant” means any person other than the judgment debtor who claims any property levied on.
(2)“Corporate judgment debtor” means a judgment debtor other than an individual, an estate, or a trust that is not a business trust.
