§ 39.3031 — Rules for implementation of s. 39.303

Statute text

The Department of Health, in consultation with the Department of Children and Families, shall adopt rules governing the Child Protection Teams and sexual abuse treatment programs pursuant to s.

(c)The sexual abuse treatment programs and Child Protection Teams must provide referrals for victims of child sexual abuse and their families, as appropriate.
