§ 24.117 — Unlawful sale of lottery tickets; penalty

Statute text

Any person who knowingly:(1) Sells a state lottery ticket when not authorized by the department or this act to engage in such sale;

(2)Sells a state lottery ticket to a minor; or

(3)Sells a state lottery ticket at any price other than that established by the department; is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
