§ 215.55 — Federal Use of State Lands Trust Fund; county distribution

View on sourceThe funds collected and deposited in the Federal Use of State Lands Trust Fund shall be distributed annually to the county in which the money is collected, as follows: 50 percent to the board of county commissioners and 50 percent to the school board in such counties.
