§ 210.10 — General powers of the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco

View on sourceThe Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco has authority to adopt rules pursuant to ss. 120.536(1) and 120.54 to implement the provisions of this part. All cigarette permits issued hereunder shall have printed thereon a notice to the effect that such permit is issued subject to the provisions of this part and such rules. The division shall provide upon request without charge to any applicant for a permit a copy of this part and the rules prescribed by it pursuant hereto.
