§ 206.22 — Restraining and enjoining violations

View on sourceAny person who violates any of the provisions of this part or who fails to pay fuel taxes and all interest and penalties due by him or her to the state under the provisions of the laws of this state may be restrained and enjoined in a suit or other proceeding in any court of competent jurisdiction instituted in the name of the state by the Departm">95-147; s. 33, ch. 95-417; s. 12, ch. 2013-25.
