§ 20.3151 — Administrative Trust Fund

Statute text

(1)The Administrative Trust Fund is created within the Department of Corrections.

(2)The fund is established for use as a depository for funds to be used for management activities that are department-wide in nature and funded by indirect cost earnings or assessments against trust funds. Moneys to be credited to the trust fund include indirect cos of providing needed services, if services so provided are more cost-efficient, cost-effective, or timely than those provided by the department or available to it under existing law.
