§ 159.475 — Authority reporting requirement

View on sourceAny authority which issues any revenue bonds pursuant to this part shall supply the Division of Bond Finance of the State Board of Administration with a copy of the report required pursuant to s. 103 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954,f such agency shall be considered to be the chair, members, or employees of an authority under this section for purposes of those paragraphs.
