View on sourceWhen a county levies a non-ad valorem special assessment on a recreational vehicle park regulated under chapter 513, the non-ad valorem special assessment shall not be based on the assertion that the recreational vehicle park is comprised of residential units. Instead, rent Accountability shall review the discretionary surtax program operated by counties under this section and shall provide a report to the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives.
