§ 121.025 — Administrator; powers and duties

View on sourceThe secretary of the Department of Management Services shall be the administrator of the retirement and pension systems assigned or transferred to the Department of Management Services by law and shall have the authority to sign the contracts necessary to carry out the duties and responsibilities assigned by law to the Department of Management Services.
