§ 110.126 — Oaths, testimony, records; penalties

View on sourceThe department may administer oaths, subpoena witnesses, and compel the production of books, papers, or other records, in written or electronic form, relevant to any investigation of personnel practices or hearing authorized by this chapter. Any person who fails to appear in response to a subpoena or to answer any question or produce any books, papers, or other records relevant to such investigation or hearing or who knowingly gives false testimony commits a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
