§ 10.203 — Senatorial districts

Statute text

For the election of members to the Senate of this state, the state is apportioned into 40 consecutively numbered, single-member senatorial districts of contiguous territory, to be designated by such numbers as follows:(1) District 1 is composed of:(a) All of Escambia County.

(b)All of Santa Rosa County.
