9-420. Contracts between city or town and the Arizona state library; expenditure of public monies The governing body of a city or town having a free library, or a library established under this article, may enter into a contract with the Arizona state library, archives and public records to provide supervision by the state library of expenditures of all monies involved in financing a library service or construction project when any portion of the monies is allocated by the federal government.
