9-252. Acknowledgment and filing of maps The maps required by section 9-251 shall be acknowledged by the proprietor, or some person for him duly authorized by deed, and a copy thereof, so acknowledged, shall be filed in the office of the county recorder, and also in the office of the clerk of the town.
