9-1431. Video service; revocation for nonuse A. Not later than twenty-four months after the date that a local government issues a uniform video service license pursuant to sections 9-1414 and 9-1415 or an amended uniform video service license pursuant to section 9-1416, the holder of the uniform video service license shall offer and provide video service to at least one subscriber within each service area authorized by the uniform video service license or amended uniform video service license unless the holder cannot meet the requirement for reasons beyond the holder's control. B. If a holder fails to comply with subsection A of this section, a local government may revoke the holder's uniform video service license for affected service areas.
