9-1419. Transfer of uniform video service license A. Except as otherwise provided in this section or otherwise required by federal law, including rules and regulations of the federal communications commission, a uniform video service license is fully transferable to any person whether the transfer arises through merger, sale, assignment, restructuring, change of control or other type of transaction. A transfer does not include an assignment of a uniform video service license for the purpose of securing indebtedness. A transfer may include less than all service areas associated with a uniform video service license. B. The holder shall file with the clerk of the local government written notice of the transfer of the uniform video service license. On the filing of notice under this subsection the transferee becomes the holder.
