9-1102. Trustee's bond; keeping of accounts and records A. Before entering on the discharge of the trustee's duties, the trustee shall execute a bond to the state, with sureties in the sum of $2,000, which shall be filed with the county recorder of the county in which the townsite is located, conditioned to account for all money that may come into the trustee's hands and to discharge the duties of the trust according to the best of the trustee's ability. Action may be brought on the bond by any party aggrieved by the action of the trustee. B. The trustee shall keep a strict account of all money received and disbursed by the trustee and shall file and keep all books and papers used by or before the trustee, subject to inspection of the inhabitants of the city or town.
