8-891. In-home intervention A. After the filing of a dependency petition, the court may order in-home intervention if all of the following are true: 1. The child has not been removed pursuant to article 9 of this chapter. 2. In-home intervention appears likely to resolve the risk issues described in paragraph 4 of this subsection. 3. The parent, guardian or custodian agrees to a case plan and participation in services. 4. One of the following conditions exists:
