8-393. Notice of release or escape A. The custodial agency shall immediately notify the victim of the postarrest release or escape of the accused. B. The department of juvenile corrections shall immediately give notice to a victim and the prosecutor's office of an escape by, and again upon the subsequent rearrest of, the accused or delinquent who was detained or committed to the department and confined in a secure care facility and who committed a delinquent act against the victim. The department shall give notice by any reasonable means.
