Program and grant proposal requirements (Caution: 1998 Prop. 105 applies) Grant proposals seeking funding from either the board or a regional partnership council and proposals for programs to be conducted directly by a regional partnership council must include: A. A detailed description of how the funds will be used. B. An explanation of how the program will meet one or more of the objectives permitted by section 8-1171. C. An explanation of how the program will meet the needs identified in the most recent statewide or regional needs and assets assessment prepared pursuant to section 8-1192 or 8-1161. D. An explanation of how the program has made or will make use of other available resources, including federal, state, local and private monies, to achieve its objectives. E. A description of the financial controls and accountability measures the program will employ. F. A description of how the program will evaluate its success in meeting the identified objectives and obtaining outcomes for children and families.
