6-991. Definitions In this article, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. "Affiliate" means an entity that directly or indirectly, through intermediaries, controls, is controlled by or is under common control with the entity specified. 2. "Clerical or support duties" means duties subsequent to the receipt of a residential mortgage loan application, including both of the following:

(a)The receipt, collection, distribution and analysis of information common for the processing or underwriting of a residential mortgage loan.
