View on source6-971. Definitions In this article, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. "Affiliate" means an entity that directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, controls, is controlled by or is under common control with the specified entity. 2. "Commercial mortgage banker" means a person who engages in the following:
(a)Originating commercial mortgage loans.
